Fiskar for Mac and Windows · beta
Set up your computer without Terminal.
The app installs Claude Code, the Android tools and the bridge, signs you in, gets Fiskar onto your phone and pairs it. Every step is a button. Needs macOS 13 or newer (Apple silicon or Intel), or Windows 11.
You're in.

Which Mac? Apple menu → About This Mac: a Chip line (Apple M1 or newer) means Apple silicon, a Processor line (Intel) means Intel.
Opening it the first time
Fiskar for Mac isn't signed by Apple yet (that needs a paid Apple account), so macOS asks you once to allow it.
- Open Fiskar.dmg and drag Fiskar into Applications.
- Open Fiskar. macOS says it can't check it for malicious software: click Done.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to Fiskar. Confirm with your password or Touch ID.
Security

Prefer Terminal? curl -fsSL https://fiskar.app/mac | sh sets up the bridge only; the app does everything.
On Windows
Fiskar for Windows isn't signed yet either, so Windows SmartScreen warns you once.
- Open Fiskar.msi. If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
- Install it for yourself; it needs no administrator password.
- The first time the bridge starts, Windows asks whether to allow it on networks: allow Private networks only, so your phone can reach it on your Wi-Fi.
